Eye Tutorial

So not the best tutorial in the world.

BUT EH!

I always get compliments on my eyes and a couple people asked me how I did it.

If you can't read it's simple

Sketch
Detail it a bit
Add the pupil
Line it
Blur the shine (Sparkles optional)
Add the iris
Color
Add darker tones
Add a lighter tone
Add rings or lines
Add a neon color
Use the overlay option on your layer and play with the hue until desired color is achieved.
Add some shading on the whites of the eyes
And you're done
